1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph8bet", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ph8bet platform, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator serving Filipino players.
• "Platform" refers to the ph8bet website accessible at ph8bet.net, including all games, services, features, and functionality available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses the ph8bet Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on ph8bet, through which the Player accesses games and manages their wallet balance.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward issued by ph8bet to a Player's Account under specific promotional terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates and licenses online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to ph8bet under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or by otherwise accessing or using the ph8bet Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ph8bet on the basis of these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the date of your first access to the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules, game rules, bonus terms, or promotional terms published on the ph8bet Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game or promotional rules, the specific rules will prevail only with respect to that specific game or promotion, and these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

If you access ph8bet on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to both you individually and the relevant person or entity.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use ph8bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
3. You are accessing ph8bet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph8bet or any of its affiliated operators, game providers, or payment processors;
5. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ph8bet, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory body;
6. You have not previously had a ph8bet Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
7. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person.

ph8bet reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension until such time as verification is complete.

4 Account Registration

To access ph8bet's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number.

You may register only one (1) Account per person. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph8bet's systems actively monitor for duplicate Account patterns. Where multiple Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all balances (including winnings) will be frozen pending investigation, and any confirmed bonuses credited to secondary Accounts will be voided.

ph8bet is required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PRC ID);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate, dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account matching the name on the ph8bet Account).

ph8bet reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an Account at any time if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph8bet Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued during login. ph8bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for all Accounts.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as your activity, regardless of whether you authorised that activity, unless you have previously notified ph8bet of unauthorised access to your Account in accordance with the procedure below.

If you suspect that your ph8bet Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately notify ph8bet's customer support team via the live chat channel within your Account dashboard. ph8bet will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the Account during the investigation period. ph8bet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

ph8bet will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph8bet and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph8bet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all payment channels. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification tier and the payment method selected.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph8bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and returned, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your own name. ph8bet targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

ph8bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where:

• KYC verification has not been completed or is under review;
• The Account is subject to an active investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns;
• Wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have not been met;
• The withdrawal amount includes disputed winnings pending resolution.

ph8bet does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, over which ph8bet has no control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph8bet offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes to eligible registered Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

General conditions that apply to all ph8bet bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to verified, active ph8bet Accounts only. Accounts under investigation or restriction are not eligible to claim new bonuses;
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the applicable bonus terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being voided on expiry;
• ph8bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and in progress by a Player will be honoured to its natural conclusion under the original terms;
• Players who are found to have exploited bonus structures — including through arbitrage betting, the use of automated tools, collusion with other players, or multi-accounting — will have their bonuses cancelled and their Account reviewed for suspension.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph8bet — including bingo, slots, live casino, color game, Dragon Tiger, sports betting, and all other titles — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time human dealers operating under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

Each game on ph8bet has individual game rules published within the game interface. It is your responsibility to review and understand the rules, payout structures, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game before placing a wager. ph8bet accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or any other fault that affects the normal operation of a game or the accurate recording of a wager or outcome, ph8bet reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. ph8bet's decision on technical matters is final and binding.

Sports betting markets on ph8bet — covering PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other events — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the sports section of the Platform. ph8bet reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, integrity concerns, or data feed errors.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph8bet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one ph8bet Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Accessing ph8bet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to interact with the Platform, circumvent security measures, or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that ph8bet's AML systems identify as suspicious;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph8bet staff, customer support agents, or other Players via any communication channel;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in ph8bet's Platform — any such discovery must be reported to ph8bet's support team immediately rather than exploited;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property owned by ph8bet without prior written authorisation.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph8bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, ph8bet provides the following tools to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spend;
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration;
• Cool-Down Periods: Take a short break from gaming without fully closing your Account — available in 24-hour, 7-day, and 30-day options;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from ph8bet for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph8bet Platform — including but not limited to the ph8bet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph8bet or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

ph8bet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any ph8bet content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use ph8bet's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation;
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of ph8bet's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if ph8bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph8bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph8bet Wallet during the ninety (90) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph8bet does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond ph8bet's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, and force majeure events — may cause temporary Platform unavailability. ph8bet will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance via Platform notifications.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ph8bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

ph8bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By registering for a ph8bet Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the ph8bet Privacy Policy, including Account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where separately consented to), and regulatory reporting obligations to PAGCOR.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your ph8bet Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to ph8bet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support via the live chat channel within your Account dashboard. ph8bet will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and issue a substantive response within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph8bet's internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism. Players may also seek recourse through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with jurisdiction agreed to be in the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila — the location of PAGCOR's principal offices.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph8bet reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility requirements, deposit and withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or dispute resolution procedures — ph8bet will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent Platform notification.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of ph8bet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.
