7 Data Sharing & Disclosure

10 Data Retention
ph8bet retains personal data for the periods described below, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised:
- Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active Account plus five (5) years following Account closure, to satisfy PAGCOR regulatory record-keeping requirements and potential dispute resolution needs;
- KYC documents: Retained for five (5) years from the date of Account closure, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR licensing conditions;
- Financial and transaction records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AMLC reporting obligations and standard financial record-keeping practice in the Philippines;
- Gaming activity logs: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each session, for purposes of dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring;
- Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the most recent interaction in a support thread;
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your Account plus three (3) years, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements if challenged.
Where retention is required by a specific legal obligation — such as an ongoing AMLC investigation or pending court proceeding — ph8bet will retain the relevant data until that obligation is fulfilled, even if the standard retention period has expired.

12 Children's Privacy
If ph8bet becomes aware that personal data has been submitted by a person under the age of 21 — whether through registration, a support interaction, or any other channel — we will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the personal data collected, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required under our licensing conditions.

13 Cross-Border Data Transfers
